I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Due to the nature of my items and for sanitary purposes I do not accept returns. Wings and crowns are typically considered to be very personal wearable items making the reselling of a set of wings or crown that another fairy has worn extremely difficult.
In the event you are not happy with your items, please contact me to see what we can work out.
Custom made items are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
